DREW LEEDS

Drew Leeds spent his childhood on the Jersey shore with the melodies of his parents' records filtering through his ears, embedding a deep interest in music at an early age. Leeds taught himself to play acoustic guitar and thanks to a band called Green Day, he quickly replaced it with an electric guitar. When Korn entered the music scene, Leeds fell in love with a completely different sound. He still rocks a dropped-tuned seven-string guitar because of Korn's influence.

Leeds left his former band Flipzyde shortly after meeting Grace Milano, who previously auditioned for the group. Through this union of Milano’s unique vocal styling and Leeds’ synthesized sounds, Tasting Grace was born. Leeds continues to sharpen his skills in computer production; his efforts are aptly demonstrated in the band’s “Tasting Grace” album on iTunes. Leeds’ musical influences include Linkin Park, Breaking Benjamin, Papa Roach, Paul Oakenfold and 30 Seconds to Mars.
