NOTE: If you are under the age of 18 you will need a parent or guardians signature on your release form in order to participate. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Primal Stare Studios Concert Scene and the Production company need individual release forms. Please download these model release forms and bring both the Creative Circle Studios LLC model release form and the Primal Stare form the day of in order to be admitted on set. NOTE: Form reads underaged model release. If you are over 18 you do not need a parent signature on this form but you still need to fill it out and bring it to the studio.

March 27 — Primal Stare Studios, 44 Gilbert St, Tinton Falls, NJ (10:00 am please)
Shoot Details — Primal Stare Studios, 44 Gilbert Street, Tinton Falls, NJ. Looking for 50 extras, ages 15 to 25, for a live concert scene with the band. This is the full-on live concert set for the Tasting Grace band. You'll be part of a huge party dancing and having a kick ass time in front of the band. You will be required to dance and follow instructions from the director so please only sign up for this if you are prepared to do it over and over again for different shoots. All extras will get an autographed copy of the Tasting Grace LP and VIP passes for the video premiere in May 2010! Snacks will be provided on set.
DRESS REQUIREMENTS - This is rock concert so your best concert look, cute dresses, color, black shirts, NO shorts, flip flops. Looking for a great mixed crowd — straight, gay, the whole rainbow— we want you all to come out and rock the night away and be part of a great video.

Tasting Grace is about to shoot an awesome professional music video for their new hit release, "No Regrets", the debut song off their soon to be released LP — ALTER EGO.
Local production company, Creative Circle Studios LLC will be filming the video at several locations that you can be a part of. This talented young band WANTS YOU to be part of the magic and fun and get a chance to be in a live music video.

VIDEO SHOOT DETAILS
Requirements for being an extra in the video:
1. We are counting on you being there if you sign up. Do not cancel unless it is an emergency. We are limiting the space available on certain shoots and if you don't show the video is impacted. Please be responsible to be there and on time.
2. No one under the age of 18 will be allowed to enter the Watermark club scene, as alcohol will be served. Proof of age will be required by the Watermark staff at the entry to the club. You will receive tickets for two free drinks during the shoot time. All other drinks or food is not included with your entry.
3. IMPORTANT!!!! You must sign and bring a completed Model Release form and Photo I.D. with you in order to be admitted to the video shoot set. NO ONE will be premitted on set without having signed in and handed in a model release form. Do not invite friends to join you the day of. All extras must be registered at least 3 business days prior to any shoot date. This is strictly enforced.
